In the past years, I coordinated several corporate events for Nadia, and when she started to think about her wedding, she called me because she was sure that my team and I accomplish all her dreams.
They are an intercultural couple; he is American, and she is Mexican. Their ceremony was in both languages. Although they live in Puerto Vallarta, they like San Pancho for its tranquility and artistry. The Venue is a hotel, therefore all their guests that traveled for the Party stayed there and enjoy San Pancho surroundings the entire weekend.
Their wedding was just before Saint Valentine’s day and the price of the roses go up near to the double than their regular price. For this reason, and to keep their original budget for florals; I proposed to use as few roses as possible. Leaving them only for the important elements, such as the bridal bouquet and the centerpiece of their table. The rest of the tables had a long garland made of greenery and some white flowers, like Gypsophila, and Carnations, which are flowers in the style she wanted for the ceremony round and lose topiaries.
As a special item, they had two alternating stands at the wedding. One table was placed for an association of low-income children from San Pancho, and instead of gifts to the couple, their guests gave donations. We put another table with the wedding favors for the guests, who would pick up each one asking for their location in the tables.
This event had a full production day before the wedding, we worked on some centerpieces; the napkins were folded, ironed, and placed with its respective bow, gift bags, and mason jars with their labels were organized too.
The wedding of Nadia & Miguel was lovely in every way, and I’m pleased that they choose Magnifique Wedding for their big day.
